  2. Filter by:
    • Category: Modern, Traditional, Elegant, Minimalist, Contemporary
    • Denomination: Catholic, Protestant, Baptist, Methodist, Non-denominational

Modifying Templates

Templates are fully customizable:

  • Change colors to match your branding
  • Replace placeholder logos with your church logo
  • Adjust text sizes and fonts
  • Add or remove elements
  • Reposition elements

Important: Modifying a template doesn't change the original. Your changes are saved as a new design.

Working with Member Data

The Card Designer automatically integrates with your member database.

Understanding Dynamic Fields

Dynamic fields are placeholders that get replaced with actual member data when you export cards.

How It Works:

  1. You design the card with field tokens (e.g., {member_name})
  2. When exporting, you select which members to generate cards for
  3. System fetches each member's data from database
  4. Tokens are replaced with actual values
  5. Individual cards are generated

Available Member Data

Personal Information:

  • Full Name
  • Photo
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender

Membership Information:

  • Member ID
  • Join Date
  • Membership Type (Regular, Premium, Honorary, etc.)
  • Status (Active, Inactive, etc.)

Church Information:

  • Church Name
  • Church Logo
  • Branch/Location
  • Pastor Name

Exporting Cards

Once your design is complete, export cards for printing or digital use.

    • Include Bleed: Yes/No (3mm bleed for professional printing)
    • Card Size: CR80, CR79, or Custom
  5. Click Export
  6. File downloads automatically

Best Practices

Design Best Practices

Layout:

  • Keep important elements 3mm from edges
  • Use consistent spacing and alignment
  • Balance elements across card
  • Leave white space - don't overcrowd

Typography:

  • Use maximum 2-3 font families
  • Ensure text is readable at actual size
  • Use appropriate font sizes:
    • Names: 14-18pt
    • Body text: 10-12pt
    • Fine print: 8-9pt
  • Maintain good contrast (dark text on light background)

Colors:

  • Use your church's brand colors
  • Ensure sufficient contrast for readability
  • Test colors in both RGB and CMYK
  • Avoid pure black (#000000) - use rich black instead

QR Codes/Barcodes:

  • Never smaller than minimum sizes
  • High contrast (black on white)
  • Adequate white space around codes
  • Test scanning before mass printing
