What is FaceCheck?

FaceCheck is ManageFlock's advanced facial recognition system that enables secure, contactless member check-ins. Using state-of-the-art AI technology, FaceCheck can identify registered members in real-time, making the check-in process faster and more secure than traditional methods.

System Requirements

Hardware Requirements

  • Camera: HD webcam or tablet camera (1080p minimum recommended)
  • Device: Tablet, laptop, or desktop computer
  • Internet: Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps)
  • Lighting: Well-lit area for optimal recognition

Software Requirements

  • Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest versions)
  • Permissions: Camera access enabled
  • JavaScript: Enabled in browser

Initial Setup

Step 1: Enable FaceCheck Module

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Modules
  2. Find "FaceCheck Technology" in the module list
  3. Toggle the switch to enable FaceCheck
  4. Click Save Settings

Step 2: Configure Camera Settings

  1. Go to Settings → FaceCheck → Camera Setup
  2. Select your camera device from the dropdown
  3. Adjust camera settings:
    • Resolution: 1080p (recommended) or 720p
    • Frame Rate: 30 FPS

Member Enrollment

Enrolling Individual Members

  3. Position the member in front of the camera

    • Look straight at the camera
    • Turn head slightly left, then right
    • Maintain neutral expression
  5. System captures multiple angles automatically
  6. Review and confirm enrollment
  7. Test recognition immediately

Bulk Enrollment Process

  1. Navigate to FaceCheck → Bulk Enrollment
  2. Set up enrollment station with good lighting
  3. Process members one by one:
    • Search for member by name or ID
    • Complete face enrollment
    • Move to next member
  4. Track enrollment progress in real-time
  5. Generate enrollment completion report

Photo Quality Guidelines

Best Practices for Enrollment Photos

Using FaceCheck for Check-ins

Setting Up Check-in Kiosk

  1. Navigate to FaceCheck → Kiosk Mode
  2. Select the service or event
  3. Choose check-in location/classroom
  4. Enable kiosk mode (full-screen interface)
  5. Position device at eye level for members
  6. Ensure adequate lighting in check-in area

Member Check-in Process

  1. Member approaches FaceCheck kiosk
  2. System automatically detects face
  3. Recognition occurs within 1-2 seconds
  4. Success confirmation displays:
    • Member name and photo
    • Check-in time
    • Welcome message
  5. Check-in recorded automatically

Handling Unrecognized Faces

When FaceCheck doesn't recognize someone:

  1. System displays "Member not recognized" message
  2. Options presented:
    • Manual Search: Staff can search by name
    • Visitor Check-in: Register as visitor
    • New Enrollment: Enroll new member
  3. Staff assistance may be required

Managing FaceCheck Data

Viewing Enrollment Status

  1. Go to FaceCheck → Enrollment Dashboard
  2. View enrollment statistics:
    • Total members enrolled
    • Enrollment completion rate
    • Recent enrollments
    • Members needing enrollment
  3. Filter by department or membership type
  4. Export enrollment reports

Updating Member Photos

  1. Navigate to Members → [Select Member] → FaceCheck
